We use Royal Mail to send all items. Our shipping costs are calculated by weight of your order. Standard delivery time is 3-5 Business days.
Level 1 = £3.55
Level 2 = £5.50
Items are sent Monday-Friday.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to refund your products in the event of any damage or default where Laura Rose Lifestyle is considered at fault, within 30 days of purchase. Unfortuantley we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle self care instructions.
